Meetings will be held across Texas through September 2026 to hear your ideas and feedback. We want to learn what matters most to residents, businesses, and community groups. Your input will help shape the Texas Home Energy Rebates program, including HOMES and HEAR. Register for an event near you.

Subject matter experts, organizations and groups with targeted interests are invited to provide input and expertise for the Texas HOMES and HEAR Rebate programs.
