Submitting Required ReportsChapter 311

No documents sent by mail or email will be accepted. You must use eSystems to file your report.

If you are new to eSystems, you must create an account.

Log in to eSystems

You will be sent to a page with tiles for all the services available on eSystems. Scroll to "eSystems Services" and select "See More." At the bottom of that page, select "Submit Tax Increment Financing Act Chapter 311 and Tax Abatement Act Chapter 312".

Update Contact Information

Make any needed changes to your contact information before entering your report.

Add New Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone

Select this option to create a new tax increment reinvestment zone.

Modify Existing Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone

Select this option if the TIRZ Board and the lead taxing unit approves modifying the TIRZs expiration or termination date and/or increases/decreases the TIRZs boundaries.

File Annual Report

Select this option if the lead taxing unit needs to report the TIRZ’s annual report, which includes:

• revenues
• TIF fund balance
• expenditures
• debt
• tax increment base amount
• captured appraised amount
• the total appraised value
• new or ongoing projects and any abatements are approved

This report is submitted annually until the TIRZ expires or is terminated.
